It is a legal requirement to have a physical address in the same country your company is registered in, for example a company registered in Scotland must have a registered office address in Scotland.

The address must also be ‘appropriate’. This means that:

You or someone acting on behalf of your company will be made aware of any post addressed and delivered to your company when your company receives post at this address, It must also be possible for the sender to get confirmation of delivery

You can no longer use a PO Box as your registered office address.

If you are trading through a limited company, regardless of whether you are carrying on e-commerce, you need to disclose your registered office address on your website

That's where I'm Your P.A. can help out. We are registered with AMLS (Anti Money Laundering Supervision) a requirement of all Virtual Address providers, your company name will be displayed at our premises and we will act on your behalf to accept mail.

In order to commence this service we require the following:
1. Submit a recent (not older than 3 months) proofs of ID and residential address for all appointed directors and beneficial owners of your company.
2. Submit a recent (not older than 3 months) proofs of forwarding address (if different than residential address).
3. All submitted documents must be of good quality – a full page with all four corners visible.
4. Non-UK residents must provide all documents certified by a Public Notary, Solicitor, or Chartered Accountant.
5. All documents must be send via email to info@imyourpa.co.uk.
6. Failure to submit all required documents within 30 days from the date of the purchase will result in the cancellation of your services, without any refunds.
